PsychBridge Health LLC ("PsychBridge") is a referral coordination and technology platform that connects medical practices with telepsychiatry services. PsychBridge does not provide medical care, diagnose conditions, or prescribe medications. All clinical services are provided by independently licensed healthcare professionals through our clinical infrastructure partners.
Eligibility
Our services are intended for licensed medical practices, healthcare organizations, and employers within the United States. You must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to represent your organization to use our services.
User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when contacting us or booking a demo.
- You agree not to submit any Protected Health Information (PHI), patient names, or clinical details through our public website forms.
- You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
AI Technology Disclosure
PsychBridge uses artificial intelligence systems for patient intake screening and data organization. These AI systems collect and organize patient-reported data using validated clinical instruments (such as PHQ-9, GAD-7, and similar tools). All clinical decisions are made by licensed healthcare providers. The AI does not diagnose, treat, or make clinical recommendations.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of PsychBridge Health LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
PsychBridge Health LLC provides this website and information on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PsychBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
Service Guarantee
Our 30-Day PsychBridge Guarantee is subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of enrollment. Guarantee terms apply only to active subscribers and are subject to the conditions outlined in your service agreement.
Pricing and Payment
Specific pricing, subscription terms, and payment schedules are provided during the demo and onboarding process. PsychBridge services are offered on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing. Founding practice rates are locked for the duration of active, continuous subscription.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. PsychBridge reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our services for violation of these terms or applicable laws.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
